"Living a Healthy Life: EnhanceFitness" is a result of the Arthritis Integration Dissemination grant from the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors.
This community-based physical activity program is for older adults. EnhanceFitness is a lively and interactive hour-long class filled with variety. Each class includes cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility, balance, and stretching by a certified instructor.
The certified instructor provides individual attention by demonstrating variations and modifications to the program, so you can find a level that is perfect for you. Project Enhance administers EnhanceFitness. For more information about EnhanceFitness, please visit Project Enhance.
